The gym and equipment are always clean and orderly. Most all of the equipment is in working order. As a Black Card member traveling to many PF locations across the USA, I'm glad that Beaufort is my home location as it could set the standard for cleanliness and service.

The Beaufort location is well run and well managed. The staff is friendly and helpful when necessary. The facilities and the equipment are clean and well maintained. The atmosphere is welcoming. If I were pressed to make one or two recommended improvement s they would be (1) to add an extra universal cable station; and (2) to add one or two Smith machines. There are times when these stations are fully used and it can take 15-20 minutes to get on them (unless you stand at the station and hawk them - which is uncomfortable for everyone).

The main things for me are the monthly cost as well as the convenience. I only pay around $15 per month for the basic membership and $25 per month for the black membership for my wife. They have everything you need in order to get yourself a great workout. Peak times are a little crowded so I always go during off peak times and it’s much better for me.

The local Beaufort Planet Fitness continues to improve - in staffing, in equipment, and in the availability of a mixture of machines and weights. Another plus is the number of machines allowing longer turns on our favorites. Thanks for this attention to our needs.
