This Planet Fitness is my favorite Gym. I have been going to Gyms since I was 14 years old. I am 70 years old now. The Staff are all wonderful. The Gym is always clean. None of the machines are ever broken. The Manager is an amazing person. My husband is 84 and everyone in the Staff always greets him. In LA FITNESS, we are always invisable.

The Belle Isle location is one of the biggest and most spacious locations. I actually like how the location is laid out. I've been there in the peak times and the non-peak times and I know the gym could have more machines but I think having a little extra space makes the gym more attractive for the patrons. The machines in some of the other locations are too close together which I feel, encourages a bad workout experience. Such as I experienced in the Crunch in Belle Isle.

I believe they have new management and they are running things much better. The equipment is working and the hydro massage beds are all working consistently. Before they were down about 90% of the time. Only complaint is people still go into the circuit area and park themselves on the machines and scroll through their phones. I don’t use the circuit often but when I do it is annoying. They aren’t doing the circuit they just wander in and do one machine. But overall gym is doing great !
