The staff is extremely friendly and willing to show you how to use the equipment. Just ask. Would like to have them demonstrate to new people how the simple equipment tie into TVs audio works. Went a few years before finally asking. It was extremely simple, and I hadn't noticed the headphone jack at the bottom of the panel for the bikes, treadmills, etc as it is easy to miss. Do wish bluetooth or something was available for these to avoid chords, but I understand it might be a technical challenge given all the machines. Am curious as to why they got rid of the large clock near the bathroom and weigh scales recently, as they were useful at times. Especially the clock since I could check the time to not run too late if I had to get to work, etc. Love the chair massages after a workout!
