Friendly, seems employee's are always cleaning something. Sometimes the music might be a little bit loud but maybe that's because I'm a senior citizen. Wish backpacks could stay off the floor for safety. I give them a 10 as no place is perfect, the employees sure give it there all though to try and make it that way! Sammy, Dan, and all others thank you for making our workouts enjoyable as it can be,
