Excellent staff. They are always cleaning, always. I was watching a staff member cleaning the "bench press" machines. She was taking off every weight on the structure and cleaning the machine and individual weights. Very impressed.

The staff is always very friendly and not judgmental. The tanning beds are an excellent perk and I feel very comfortable there lots of machines to choose from not too busy when I go but I also go late at night. The only thing I will say is I wish their payment options were a little different to change the date that the payment is pulled from my account however still very happy thank you planet fitness for my journey of helping me better myself!

i fill the fitness facility is great, i notice some younger kids are noy wiping down the equipment when there done, i would like that watched a little closer. the only other thing is the personal could be nicer and smile, its a downer atmosphere.

Management and staff are wonderful. They are energetic, happy to see us and always helpful. The general manager has done a great job keeping the facility clean and tanning bulbs hot. We are always happy when we come and visit.

this is what makes it stand out for my and I've been a gym rat/athlete for 50 years: >the cleanliness for Bend is excellent. I've visited other Planet locations and they are not as clean. Equipment and locker rooms >The music level is appropriate so that it's not so loud you can't hear your own music >Staff is friendly >The temperature is nice - I appreciate the high AC in the summer and the fans are great too. I visited another location and the fans were so big you thought you'd get blown off the equipment so when I came back to the smaller ones in Bend I was thankful. >I like the cell phone policy to only talk the the lobby. >I like that it's a chain and I can have a reasonably priced membership to use any location >I love the month price
