Like the remodel. This location used to be mty home gym. You need a bigger facility. or a 2nd one. Not a fan of giving children a free summer membership though. They ahould pay just like everyone else has to. Don't want to hear it's a corporate decision. 13 yr old children don't belong in a gym .

I have the black card membership that allows me to work out at any planet fitness. I enjoy the consistency/predictability of having all the same types of machines/workstations at EVERY planet fitness, no matter how each individual gym arranges it. I also have noticed when something breaks (which isn’t that often), they fix it quickly (they order the part needed, and fix it usually in 7-10 days). And obviously, it’s a big selling point that planet fitnesses are EVERYWHERE (hence the name). I also enjoy keeping track of my “stats” —just the when and where of my workouts and how often. I am currently frequenting the Bend, OR gym every day, and everyone’s been great here. Thank you.

It’s clean. I like the stationary bikes. Nice variety of dumbbells and machines. I wish you had more leg press machines. Not a fan of Smith machines. Classic barbells and bumper plates would be so much better!

Even though the paper towels were just being filled on my last visit, there are usually plenty for use to clean machines. It's not too crowded around 10:00 a.m. Front desk is always pleasant. Lots of machines.

I like being greeted by the workers but I want to give a major shout out to one of the staff she’s a lady with glasses. I’m so sorry I don’t know your name but she has such a big beautiful smile. And I enjoy when she speaks bc I can be having a bad day and her smile lifts up my day. It’s small gestures like that that is such a big impact on your guest. Bc we all battling something and being kind helps us especially the guests who are far from their families

Very affordable for this old retired man. You have a dizzying array of exercise machines! Instructors and group classes are available. The staff is trained well enough and they all have good people skills. The gym is usuall very clean (not 100% though). Clean enough for my purposes always! It appears that rules of civility have been conveyed to all the members. I have not observed ONCE any inappropriate behavior or words in the approx. two plus years I have been a member.

Its the cleanest gym I have ever belong to...and I currently belong to Equinox Newport Beach Ca and 24 hour fitness. The staff is always present, helpful and not afraid to clean themselves. Members seem to respect the envionment and take care of not only the equipment, but also adhere to the rules.

the plethora of items to exercise on -- there are SO MANY! At age 81 I use 25 different stations, 4 for legs and 21 for arms, chest and back muscles, and after 2.5 years I have a ripped tummy and really toned body and I feel great. I go 5 times per week, rake Wed and Sat off, and recommend PF for everyone who wants to take care of their body -- and why wouldn't you care?!
