I like that it is usually very clean. The equipment is in very good condition. People are non intrusive but helpful if you need assistance. Large changing rooms and clean locker rooms and showers.

It's clean, it's cheap, and well supplied with equipment. My only complaint, which isn't very often, are the members who don't put back equipment, and those who are using two or more pieces of equipment. Just today I was working out next to a gentleman who was using two Smith machines at once. In his defense, there were mor Smith machines open, so maybe that's my problem.

The site is always clean and the employees are very friendly. We have other people we have worked out with for years, they have become part of our life. They are our Gym friends. We only know each others first names, but we sincerely look forward to seeing them.

The equipment is usually kept in good working order. The manager is friendly and helpful. What could use improvement is that people frequently don't return their weights or attachments for the cable machines and they're thrown all over the place. I frequently pick them up during sets and return them. Also, the bathrooms need more attention, particularly the ladies room. They are more often than not filthy, with feces and urine on the seats, or the toilets don't flush properly, and toilet paper accumulates in the toilet.
