I have been a member for several years now and a least 6 days every week I go twice....before work in the morning and on my lunch break...I biggest change over the past year has been the staff at the front desk...in the past the front desk personnel were always friendly and talked to the members but the current crew doesn't make any eye contact and are way too busy playing video games or texting on their cell phones...not sure why you got rid of the other crew but I certainly wish they were back and a lot of other members feel the same... I like that it gives warm-up exercise exercises on the equipment. However, I would not be inclined to use the equipment if I didn’t have a family member teaching me how to use them effectively
