Always clean. Usually friendly desk workers. I am always cold but it is kept too warm especially when exercising. Need another push down machine for the back of arms. Most always have to wait for multiple people to use it and finish up my workout.

Very attentive and responsive staff. They are always friendly and proactive in ensuring customer satisfaction!! Great place! Also - a few months ago the free weight area was reconfigured to increase space and add flat/incline benches. This was a major improvement.
