Low key, friendly people, no judgement or uncomfortable experience. An older person has no need to feel embarrassed about coming here to work out. Not everyone who works out here are the slender, muscled, beefy jocks. This is a place for everyone.

Planet Fitness being open 24 hrs is very convenient and having low cost monthly membership fees make it budget friendly. Plus the gym has lots of great equipment and is very clean. I feel very comfortable going to work out.
