I try to come and exercise every other day using the yellow machines and walking on the treadmill. I bring my 16-year old grandson and he uses the treadmill. I have caught him running a little on the treadmill. He has lost some weight.
It's clean, I feel safe and most important my trainer Amiyah Bridges is super amazing, she cares about what I want in my workout and pushes me to achieve my goal.
