All the staff at this location are absolutely awesome! Always cheerful, friendly, and encouraging every time you walk in the door. Staff always available to answer any questions and demonstrate use of equipment if needed. For someone who truly does not enjoy working out or going to the gym at all, this little jewel has been a game changer! Personal trainer (Carlos) is also phenomenal. He’s very patient and encourages me to continue to push through whatever we are doing when I’m ready to throw in the towel. It’s almost like he knows that my body is capable of doing what my mind is telling me I can’t, and he encourages us to start telling ourselves we can instead of we can’t! The hydro massage and the massage chairs are also high on my list! I would 10/10 recommend Planet Fitness and especially this location to anyone!
