In addition to the clean well equipped facility I really appreciate the excellent customer service I receive at every visit from Brie your front desk clerk. She is absolutely delightful and amazing. She seems very knowledgeable and her attitude is very pleasant. she never points me to anything but always takes me if at anytime I have a question about any workout equipment. She is nice courteous and very professional it’s quite refreshing to have such a pleasant work out experience at Planet Fitness and part of my pleasant experience is because of Brie’s excellent customer service. Everything! I felt welcomed as soon as I walked in the door. The associates are very pleasant. The atmosphere is fun and nonjudgmental. The facility is also clean and has plenty of workout equipment/machines for everyone to use! I’ve been to other gyms and felt uncomfortable the entire time I was there but I’m happy to find somewhere I feel comfortable!
