Friendly staff, enough equipment, cleanliness we are out traveling a lot and stop at multiple locations so we are glad they are all over. Veterans and Senior discounts would be helpful for people on fixed incomes.But overall we are happy.

Planet Fitness in Bloomington, IL is always open and the equipment is in great shape. Staff is helpful and respectful. And the monthly fees are great. I would recommend PF to anybody who wants to do something for themselves and their own well-being.

I am an early morning (4 am-ish) working out person. I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE our morning check/counter person. HE has a new quote every day which is so awesome that an employee takes it upon himself to research an inspirational quote. I seriously look forward to coming to the gym (and I'm not really a workout lover) to read what he has chosen for the day. And he opens the door for me and always greets me with a "hello" and sends me off on my day with a cheery goodbye. This person is the BEST. Dunno what time he starts but I can't imagine it is easy to find help at that time of the morning. Give this guy a BIG raise. He obviously takes pride in his job and cares about the clientele. You have a keeper!
