Friendly desk, clean facilities, well-maintained equipment, and lots of cardio machines, great improvement from the past. My one suggestion is to get rid of the paper tower dispensers and spray bottles. They need constant attention, and the towel dispensers break. Replace them with the wall mount or free-standing floor dispensers and gym wipes. At some point, it should be more efficient and cost-effective, no moving parts ( I think).

Place is kept clean. I often see the employees cleaning the floors and machines. The employees are friendly and greet you when you enter and are accessible. There is a lot of equipment and aerobic machines on two floors. There are exercise mats. It is rare to see a machine out of order. Easy to find parking.
