Overall excellent. I have seen ladies on the leg press machine 2 times for over 30 minutes. Staff will not address. Only issue.

Very happy with the PF gym I visit. The only issue I would like to see improved upon is that it appears that it takes long to repair faulty equipment. I wish repairs were quicker....

I work out at the Boynton location. The desk staff is great... but most of all the lady Jannie does an amazing job of cleaning the facility.. Garbage collection- removal, mopping floors, bathroom cleaning etc etc. This is the cleanest I have seen this facility...Also Gigi also does an amazing job with her tasks.. I believe in giving credit when credit is due.

I like everything except the app . The billing can get funny if you missed the payment due date . You have to wait almost a week before the system will allow you to make a payment .
