Staff is friendly and helpful. Staff keeps the gym clean even though most members don't wipe down the equipment after use. I wish they would bring the scales back to the locker rooms.

I like that I do not feel the judgment of others who are physically more fit, or younger, or anything. The Judgement Free Zone is a great idea!! I am free to do what I feel is best for me, and not stress over what others might think I am doing or not doing. Today, I plan to bring a friend over as a guest of mine to enjoy what Planet Fitness has to offer. I plan to introduce him to the Hydro-massager and tanning booths, all that comes with my membership level. I appreciate being appreciated for my nearly thirty years of military service worldwide. The staff is friendly and helpful. The red light therapy is awesome, as are the hydro-therapy beds and chairs. The selection of machines is great. I notice a lot of members don't wipe down equipment after use. Gross. Members not washing their hands or using hand sanitizer. Gross. People forget where they are I guess. Nothing much staff can do about it. Other than a few old sore heads not practicing social norms and following simple rules, the place is great. Glad to have Planet Fitness in our town.
