Planet Fitness employees are friendly. The gym is low-key, low stress. I can come and go without being self-conscious. It's clean, there are lot so of machines and they all work. I like the TVs and music. The locker room is clean and easy to use. The members at the BonneyLake PF are easy going, and it's always a good experience.

Hello , Our local Planet Fitness is a great place filled with kindness & understanding , merely try talking to the many Employee's there.. I have never once ever been unhappy to discuss any challenge there that has happened to my Son & myself that effects our ability to pay our membership dues. Sorry life @ times throws you a bad situation , such as your family car breaks down & you need the $$ to deal with it that was intended to pay your dues there instead of your cars repair. They have been able to negotiate an positive solution , where both our local Planet fitness win's , but so do my Son & I too.... The Staff here in our Bonney Lake, WA Planet Fitness is nothing short of amazing in my opinion.
