Very clean. Plenty of machines/weights to use. Staff is responsive but not overbearing. The reason I cancelled and didn't rate my experience as a 10 is because PF doesn't have a sauna.

Great staff. Courteous, which is saying a lot in Boston, a city that takes pride in having an attitude. The staff is hard working and efficient. They keep the place organized and clean. Occasionally, one will walk the floor with a scented spray. The location is convenient and the somewhat crowded floor is laid out well; but, it the people that work there set the place apart.

I really enjoy this location, but I think it would be great if the staff could stay more proactive in ensuring the gym remains clean and that the paper towel dispensers are always stocked for wiping down the equipment.
