Great staff. Courteous, which is saying a lot in Boston, a city that takes pride in having an attitude. The staff is hard working and efficient. They keep the place organized and clean. Occasionally, one will walk the floor with a scented spray. The location is convenient and the somewhat crowded floor is laid out well; but, it the people that work there set the place apart.

I really enjoy this location, but I think it would be great if the staff could stay more proactive in ensuring the gym remains clean and that the paper towel dispensers are always stocked for wiping down the equipment.

1. Variety of latest weight training equipment in good condition. 2. HydroMassage! Easy to book with little wait. 3. Convenient location. 4. Cardio cycling bikes...but there should be a few more. 5. Clean and Modern locker rooms with showers. 6. Music...great playlists to listen to while working out.

Great value, staff is friendly, i'm happy to have a reasonably priced gym near my office that has a pretty decent amount of equipment that is kept up to date, and no issues with things not working. If I can offer two comments/criticisms: 1) understand it's not going to be as clean as Equinox, but if shower floors could be cleaned a little more frequently that would be good 2) a few times ran out of soap in the bathrooms, which is pretty problematic in a gym type environment.

Great variety of weights equipment which is often challenging to find in Boston. Moving from the west coast I was happy to find a gym that offers a variety of different weights and machines. The set up is easy and well organized. Nice and friendly environment and staff! Also a fantastic location!
