The staff are generally friendly and helpful, mostly from behind the counter. The cleaning staff is always moving, always cleaning - very hard working. The new equipment upgrade is nice with only a few machines needing repair. It was great to see the policy change to remove the offensive, woke, virtue-signaling signage which in itself was very judgemental, contrary to their No Judgement policy. Please provide a scale so I can "judge" myself and record my weight.

I love the fact that high schoolers are able to join for free! My daughter and her friend signed up! Since I’m the one to take them… I also signed up! I also like the fact that the crowd meter is available before we head to the gym to know if it’s a good time to go. Would have loved to receive some sort of swag when we signed up, but no luck
