The facility is very clean and well maintained. The staff are back to the customer service greetings I'm used to. I understand staff turnover happens, but customer service is a must to make guest feel appreciated and valued by the establishment they frequent. I love when staff acknowledge you once you walk in the door and once you leave the establishment, feels like your business is appreciated.

Very helpful staff. From our first intro with a walk thru, to joining and using equipment. These folks are always fast to greet, help and make it all so simple. The gym is a fantastic area with plenty of room to accomplish whatever task. The washrooms are large and work well.

Everything; especially the employees’ friendly demeanor and eagerness to help in anyway they can. They really make you feel welcomed which really helps if you are feeling a bit grumpy and lethargic and not that much for getting in exercise mode. Ha!!!
