I do like the Planet Fitness in Brunswick, Georgia. The staff members are friendly and helpful. Also the place is kept clean and organized. I do have a few things to note that could use some attention: 1) Two sinks in the Men's Locker Room are not working. The water dips out and is not useable. Only the middle sink works. This problem has been going on for over a year. 2) The wall clock in the main weight machine area does not work. It has also been nonfunctional for well over a year... probably longer. 3) There a number of members who go into the weight machine area who just sit on the machines doing occasional lifting but mostly texting. They will sit on the machines often for over 20 minutes. No one else can use the machines while they just sit there texting and every now and then lifting some weights. I recommend no cell phones in the gym or on the machines. It just slows everything down for other members. Thank you for your consideration of my inputs.

Nice equipment. Mainly like that everyone is so incredibly nice and helpful. That includes the staff and the members. Like the diversity of members. Like that you encourage young folks like last summer when they could come to gym free. Like the hydro massage. Like that it is kept so clean. Years ago I was a member of a club in a western state that was expensive and limited membership to the “right”,people. Trust me Planet Fitness is head and shoulders above that fancy club in all aspects except for a pool. You have a great business model and I hope it continues. Exercise is such an important ingredient to health and a long active life so think of your business as health promoting. Best of luck..
