They have just about everything you would ever need at a gym for such an affordable price. Literally unbeatable. The only thing they don’t have are free barbells, which you can use at other gyms if it’s absolutely called for in your routine. Otherwise, the place is gold.

I've been a member for 13 years while living in this area. 1. They update their equipment,. 2. Barthrooms are clean. 3. Front desk staff is generally unfriendly, unless one is as old as they are. But it's okay us old folks, the one's with the $$$$ don't need the validation.

Convenience of the placing of the machines and lots of machines available. Downside for me is they don’t have enough space for stretching area and water pressure in the shower is not great.
