This is a great gym, particularly for the rates they charge. There is an extensive selection of strength training and cardio equipment, as well as trainers (and an ap if preferred) to teach how to use the facility. The male locker room is decent, and has 4 showers (I have never seen more than 2 in use at a time), and reasonable sized lockers. The facility does not have day care, a pool, or any courts. It is next to the Meadowbrook mall and shares their extensive parking. Handicapped parking is available, but no automatic door opener. Highly recommended for weight and cardio workouts.
