I enjoy working out on the various machines. I would really enjoy it if Planet Fitness would also offer an aerobics class several times each week! There is a large open area in the back where an instructor could lead the group! Sometimes I feel that I would benefit from different kinds of exercise and get my heart rate up more. The availability in time to workout, I'm usually on the early morning gym team, however my schedule has shifted more recently and I've had to change time frames, however the availability of the machines is met regardless of the time I go! Which is amazing!

I LOVE my PF in Bristol Va !!! Great CLEAN gym and every piece of equipment you can imagine. But the best part of PF is the staff !!! Great group of people not only are they friendly but also super helpful!!!! They deserve a Raise for sure Austin has brought that place a long way since he took the position and you hit the jackpot when you promoted him !!!! Congratulations Austin on the promotion you’re killing it !!!

Happy the Grape is back on the counter :-) Wife and myself mainly come at night for the past couple of years. Wanted to say Ash and Adam are both Great. Always busy cleaning, etc. But each of them are always friendly and helpful! Mens showers, the one on the right has an issue with the temperature control know. Other than that, we are both very happy with the Bristol PF location!

First off, once you walk in you are promptly greeted by staff members. Not just a general hello but a genuine greeting. Dressing rooms are clean, could be bigger but other than that, a normal dressing room. The staff are constantly cleaning not only equipment but doors, walls, handles, always a detailed cleaning. I do not tan but according to my wife, the beds are good, clean, hot bulbs. Not too much of a waiting list either. The massage rooms are clean as well. Overall coming to this location is a pleasurable experience everyday.

The trainer was fantastic and set me up with a great workout plan. The staff is always friendly and helpful, and the atmosphere is very welcoming. There's always someone available to answer questions, and I’m always treated with respect. People always greet me with a smile and wish me a good day. The equipment is well-maintained, and everything is kept clean.
