I enjoy the size it is big enough without being overwhelmed by people. The down side is that more people have discovered this gym is perfect for everyone, some days it gets crowded, which has not been the case for a very long time, I am alittle selfish about my gym, lol.

Well done on the staff, way more pro-active, they aren't spending their whole time on their phones, they are actually welcoming and helping people with a smile. The awful stench that used to be a weekly thing in the men's locker room isn't anymore, it smells clean and properly maintained. This has been the case for a while, thank you. It does make a difference. Regarding all the machine with a screen (and this feedback isn't about the monitors showing TV channels or not, majority don't work anyway), so not the guided machines, for the most part, they tend to work but the stair masters aren't at their best, one is not working at all and it has been defective for 3 weeks now. Another one has the right handle plastics broken. And this gym only has 3 of them and they are popular. The right stairs linoleum seems to not stick as much. Looks like there has been attempts to fix it but looks like a band aid rather than a final fix. It is starting to get a little cramped in the weights area with the new layout and machine when there is a lot of people. And when the incentive for youth will go out in the summer, it is going to be packed even more. Finally, the one and only water fountain has an orange colony of germs in the sink part of it, so yes it is not in contact with the faucet nor anyone's bottle but still not hygienic. I have seen the staff clean it so maybe there is a drip or another factor contributing.

The experience has been excellent. The facilities are always clean and well-maintained, the equipment is modern, and there’s a good variety for all types of workouts, from cardio to strength training. What I like the most is the atmosphere: both the staff and other members are very friendly, which makes you feel comfortable while training.

Over all I love it very good environment is like to be around your family, with the exception of one bad experience with one of the member of the gym that out of the blue attack me and my friend physically we bring to the attention I send an email and according to other members that person still going in a different time other than that I like the place
