First in the 10 plus years that I have been going there I have never had any problems with any of the employers there.. they are super nice and have always tended to any of my needs especially when new machines come in employers are always willing to help me learn so i use them properly. I love the fact that I can go 24 hours there to suit my schedule but my main reason I love it is the cleanliness in my location Brook park.. Thank you all for the great support given to everyone in their personal journeys of getting healthy, losing weight or just giving a place to feel free to use the gym as a scape away from the world even if its a half hour or a two hour workout just something positive for themselves in a tranquil positive environment filled with well non judgemental caring people.
