You have a clock in the back room with a second hand (dots) on it. Very helpful when timing how long you are pushing yourself. Could you please put a similar clock out in the main work out area or move the existing one to the main area? I think people without phones would like it!

The staff at Brookfield West were very nice and attentive. I saw 2 of them making rounds and cleaning during my workout. I purchased a drink after my workout and the clerk was very attentive and kind.

I’m not from the area so this is not my normal Planet Fitness but I wish it was. This club is huge, has plenty of machines so no waiting for something to open. The staff is friendly and the club is clean. I love visiting this Planet Fitness.
