I have been a member for some years although disability caused me to leave for a time. In all the time, including now that I have returned, I have found PF clean, safe, the people who attend have always been polite and helpful and the staff has been courteous and supportive in particular and outstanding employee named Serena, who make it a joy to enter and has always provided excellent support. She is a gem!
I feel fortunate that Planet Fitness opens a gym near where I live and I hope my membership will prolong my health and my life.

Friendly staff, great workout equipment, usually well maintained, everything's kept pretty clean. One of the things that I don't like is the overuse of paper towels to clean off the machines. There should be some other more eco-friendly system. I see people use those paper towels just pulling them off, just sheet after sheet of paper towels to clean one machine. It just doesn't make any sense to me. I appreciate that people do try to be mindful of leaving germs or sweat on the machine and cleaning it for the next person but there has to be another way not using all those paper towels it's just crazy. Even just a light spray down maybe would be sufficient. Please try to consider a different way where there isn't so much waste and all of the trees that are cut down every day to make these paper towels! It's a crime!
