If you're looking for a great place to work out, I highly recommend Bay Ridge. The facility is consistently clean, no matter the time or day you visit. It's refreshing to step into a gym where hygiene is clearly a priority. What really stands out, though, is the amazing staff. They greet you with warmth that makes you feel welcome right away. I want to give a shout-out to Leila, Cait, and Angie for their outstanding service. Leila, in particular, exemplifies professionalism. She takes the time to acknowledge any concerns people may have, showing that she genuinely cares about ensuring everyone has a positive experience at the gym. Thank you again, Leila and the entire Planet Fitness team! Your efforts make Bay Ridge a fantastic place to work out!

The staff! I work out on Saturdays and Sundays and the staff are INCREDIBLE. Kind, warm, welcoming, funny, and make you feel special. They love what they do and it shows - whoever hired and trained these people did a phenomenal job - they are always out on the floor cleaning and smiling and making the facility better. Each weekend teammate deserves a raise!

Love it! Everyone is so friendly and they do a good job keeping it clean. The only suggestion is to have another set of lower weights. There are multiple sets of heavyweights, but not the lower ones. Otherwise, I love planet fitness Bay Ridge

I love Planet Fitness Brooklyn (Bay Ridge)! The staff are friendly and helpful while the gym itself is always clean as well as smells great which can be a real challenge for other gyms that I have been to. Keep up the great work!
