I finally got a manager to cancel the membership. I had called in March and asked for the membership to be cancelled and it never happened. Had to call again - the next person was fantastic, apologized and helped me. Your cancellation process is VERY difficult. I had gotten this membership for a friend, and I spent 3 months trying to get it cancelled.

The size of the space and the friendliness of the staff. The one thing that really needs improving is the number of mats. There are only about ten for two floors, and that gym really needs many more.

My home gym in Sunset Park is always very busy. I’ve set out to visit other BK locations at times and so far, this is the best one! Everyone is friendly, it’s very clean, I like the layout, and I felt really comfortable from the moment I walked in.
