Customer service is amazing. They made you feel relaxed and family like atmosphere. The facility is very clean and it’s not noisy. I love it there. However, unfortunately I had to cancel because my family and I just moved to Connecticut and there isn’t one close by. Hope to be back in the future.

The location is ideal ,the staff is competent and polite ,however some guys act as if the own some of the machines the stay dormant long periods on them and only release them to there friends or someone they know.
