What’s there not to like about Burlington Planet Fitness ✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨ 1st of all the staff is absolutely Incredible, Julia keeps the gym spotless & Robby runs his staff TEAM well because, they are all VERY PLEASANT & HELPFUL to their members!!!! There is a QUITE LARGE sense of COMMUNITY in the ENTIRE GYM & I ‘STRONGLY BELIEVE’’ that has to do with the staff caring about its members & how they REPRESENT ‘ Planet Fitness’!!! My hopes is that you do something to REWARD them for all their hard work!!! It’s because of your STAFF that I continue to be a MEMBER of PLANET FITNESS!! Warmest Regards, Jessica Karczewski

Has everything you need and more. Great for rehabilitation of an injury, not to crowded, hydro massage, tan, red light therapy. I've been going to be healthy but to help rehab a couple surgeries I had. Place is always clean, All the employees are great to work with !! A+++

I left a review from my initial visit and the manager called me within days to make sure things were right! I believe thats great customer service. He listened to me and was attentive and receptive to the feedback I gave. I live in Wisconsin so this is close to home for me however, I work in Illinois so I normally go to locations in Illinois, but after the manager response, I will definitely consider stopping back into the Burlington location again.

My early morning (345 am) visits have been top notch! Your guy is doing an absolute fabulous job. Place is spotless and he is always walking around with the vacuum. Stays on his toes! Keeps watch when someone is needing something at front desk, Greeting and saying goodbye as we go through the door. If we could clone him for all hours of the day.. that would be perfect . Other visits at later times of thr day have not been as pleasant, but it is rare for me to go during those times. So I cannot say if it is a common issue.

Super lax environment, really nice employees, clean locker rooms and showers, love the fancy black card spa equipment, and this Planet still had ARC trainers! Woot woot
