I absolutely love the Arc Trainer, that's my favorite machine and it's sad that other planet fitness I have been to do not have the same machine. I appreciate the fans on each machine and have not seen those at some of other ones gyms. Their employees at the Burton facility are the friendliest ones I've came across I always make a point to say hello and goodbye and they always respond cheerfully. They clean machines regularly, dust and fill the paper towel and cleaners often in a the time I am there. I also appreciate that anytime I've had a question they are always willing and able to answer the questions. Overall I've had a positive experience at the gym and I've been going there for a few years now and I went there prior to 2020 as well. I gave a 9 out of 10 because I think that it is getting busier with other gyms not being available and is sometimes difficult to get a machine. My hope for the future would be they would consider putting one in Clio which I know I've heard a lot of people talk about wanting one there as well. Thank you for all your hard work and I appreciate having a gym to go to that is so welcoming.
