Good facilities, easy access and cleanliness. I want to report that on PF of Plaza Centro, Caguas, I requested a copy of last month invoice to claim reimbursement and in 2 weeks they told me that can't print the invoice due to lack of printer ink. In that period I did request 3 times and the answer was the same. I asked to send it to me by email and they can't do that either. It was frustrating when they told me to go to another facility to get the invoice. I also have notice that not all service reps at the counter knows how to print the invoice and they have to wait for a manager or other employee that knows how to do it. Verify this for better service.

Primeramente la experiencia del entrenador. Víctor es excelente profesional, muy capacitado, serio y muy buena persona. Segundo, los servicios que ofrece, la limpieza del local, sus empleados son muy amables y eficientes, etc. Tercero, muy accesible, económicamente hablando. ¡Los mejores!
