I like that the gym is spacious with plenty of equipment for resistance training and cardiovascular training. I do also like that the gym is always staffed, but I'm just wondering if key card, 24 hour access could ever be offered? There are a lot of holidays and late weekend days that I personally, and I'm sure many others, would love to work out.

Always a pleasant experience! Staff is always friendly, everyone just kind of keeps to themselves- everyone just gets in, does their thing, gets out. no harassment, as I have witnessed at other gyms. If I could offer one piece of advice, it would be to have more stair-stepper machines. Lately there is always 1 of the 5 out of service, and the others are taken. So I typically stay on the treadmill that is close by, to see when someone gets off so I can use it. Overall, I enjoy this Planet Fitness location and plan to come everyday, Mon-Fri, when I leave the office, which is only approx. 3.5 miles away.

I love Planet FItmess. It has very convenient hours, it's always clean and uncllutered and has numerious machines to choose from. The employees are super nice and helpful. I feel comfortable to go there and work out, and no intemidation.

My name is Laura and I’m gonna tell you what I think about Planet Fitness. The place is very clean with a staff that is so friendly. You should give your people some gold stars for being so attentive and kind, they are a big reason I go to P.F. pump some iron.How will I know that an actual person is reading this letter? I’ve brought 3 new customers in, I like it there that much. Oh, and there is 1 guy in particular that works there and he goes way out of his way, to check in with people and see how they are or what’s going on in their life, but I was going to ask you how I can try to get him a raise or a bonus?
