I prefer the Callaway planet fitness because it’s not packed and equipment is well maintained. The overall gym is well maintained and clean. I go early in the morning, Chris and Stephanie are always cleaning and wiping down the machines, filling sanitizer and paper towel and over all being friendly to everyone. The people in my office are shocked I know the names of the people at the front desk however I tell them they are friendly and talk to everyone that walks in, how could you not get to know them.

I started going to this gym here about 3 weeks ago and I am so impressed by how friendly the staff is, how clean the facility stays and the vast selection of equipment they offer. I also love the massage chairs and hydromassage beds!

The staff is incredibly professional, approachable and pleasant. The facility is kept CLEAN, making the workout that much better. The equipment maintenance is the attention to detail that makes the gym experience pleasant, if a machine encounters issues, the staff is already working on getting that machine back to operational status at the earliest.

The only issue I have is when someone decides to set roost on a machine and view their IPhone, using the machine as a resting place. Then they decide to use the machine, do maybe 10 reps, then go back to the Iphone.
