I like the clean environment, the welcoming workers, and the community overall. All Planet Fitness members know how to keep the gym clean and keep it a safe space for everyone. There is a variety of equipments people can use and for members with black card, I enjoy the massage chair that they provide. Planet Fitness is inclusive and welcoming to everyone.

Umberto (GM?) and his team do a great job of keeping the facility clean and functional. I often see Umberto and his team on the floor cleaning, dusting, engaging with members. They run a tight ship. I joined PF after moving to Camarillo and belonging to Fitness 19 originally. The Black Card membership allows me to use the club in Vernon Hills, IL when I visit family and other sites as I travel. Great value for someone who travels. The staff is always friendly and happy to help. I appreciate the variety of machines available at this site. A request for a preacher curl bench, please. Recently, the water system has been out so no ability to grab a quick drink of water. I assume the site is working to resolve this issue. A few other observations: - enforce keeping people out of the 30 minute circuit training who are there to simply use a machine for an extended period. I have observed multiple occasions when circuit trainers are delayed by interlopers, request access to the machine, and do not always have the courtesy extended to them. - enforce the rules presented on the signs in the gym or take down the signs. There are a lot of larger bags on the floor at any given time.

We typically go about 4-4:30 until 5:30 am and the reps at the desk are very friendly. The gym is clean and we like to finish with the massage chairs or the hydro bed. We have noticed lately, those 2 items have been in good working order (for awhile, it seemed like every other week one or the other was not working).

Clean all the time...staff is excellent ..equipment, if not working, is fixed in a timely manner. Only complaint is the choice of screaming music that gets played at times...Maybe keep it a bit lower It's not at a rock concert I am paying for, it's a gym. Other than that I still give it a 95% on the pulse side
