The staff is very nice and so are the other people working out in the gym. I used to go to the Ventura location all the time, but some staff members were a bit rude. Camarillo location is also much clean in comparison. My only complaint is the machines at the Camarillo location don't have the built-in counters.

I like the ease of just walking in and working out. The front desk staff is friendly and welcoming. The facility is clean and does not smell like a nasty gym. There is plenty of parking and lastly. I love the tootsie rolls!!
