Gym is always clean and employees very pleasant to deal with. Diego is always pleasant....And Josh and Giselle as well.... Good selection of machines... The only issue I have with this gym is this woman that dispenses 60-70. paper towels at a time!!!!! and is wasting precious resources... She might be homeless IDK... and also she uses the hand dryer to dry her dishes and water bottle. for like 5 minutes and it is a very loud and irritating noise!!! She is very rude... Her name is Sandy and I have complained 3-5 times but to no av avail.....:( :(( :(((... How will you address her? Please advise

Umberto is a great manager! The staff are great also. I do wish both hydro beds were working normally. It seems there’s always one not working and it takes awhile before they get fixed.
