We travel and the Black Card is GREAT. Some facilities are clean and friendly: Canandaigua, NY and Ft Myers, FL. Some not as clean but friendly: San Carlos, FL, Williamsburg, FL No excuse for dust-bunnies when you do push-ups!

Over the last year, it seems like out of order equipment is in that state much longer than previously. At the beginning of April, the TV programming changed on almost all of the TVs, which is fine. I would suggest that there is a limit of 2 TVs per channel, so there is more variety. As a specific request, maybe change the jewelry home shopping to ESPN, the YES sports network channel has had a frozen screen for 5+ days, the new News Mix channel is hard to view (as 6 channels on one screen is pretty small), and update the 2 of 3 Planet Fitness channels in the main gym (TV #9 and the wall) to match the music being played (sometimes, I like to know the song an artist). I appreciate having the video entertainment options while doing cardio. I really like the ability to visit other facilities, especially when I am traveling. I joined Planet Fitness in Jan'18 in Rogers, Arkansas. The Canandaigua, NY, facility opened about the time I moved to the area, in Dec'21. The transition/transfer to a new PF facility was easy and seamless, which I appreciated greatly.
