Exceptional Service from Daniel at Planet Fitness recently had the pleasure of visiting Planet
Fitness, and I must commend Daniel for his outstanding service. From the moment I walked in,
he greeted me with a warm smile that instantly made me feel at home. His friendly demeanor
sets a positive tone for the entire gym experience. Daniel goes above and beyond to ensure
that all customers feel welcome and valued. It's evident that he genuinely cares about the
well-being of each member. He is always attentive, making sure that the environment is not
only friendly but also clean and well-maintained. The gym's cleanliness truly enhances the
workout experience, and it's clear that Daniel plays a significant role in that. Overall, Daniel's
dedication to customer service and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere at Planet Fitness is
commendable. He is a true asset to the team, and I look forward to my future visits knowing

Under Alyssa, new management canton location is the best I’ve seen it.
I appreciate the cleanliness as it provides a better customer experience. ( Cleaner than other planet fitness I have visited.)
Key staff members such as Trevor Christy Janice
And Sherri are always cleaning with a positive friendly attitude.
For constructive feedback, I will offer that it does take too long to fix equipment that has broken.
Find additional subcontractors or folks that can fix machines correctly. It’s unacceptable to have multiple cable machines out of action for Weeks.
Especially the Smith machines because of their popularity and use. ( just trying to make you better here. :) )
Lastly, someone in ownership needs to go down and review the Milton location although I know it’s not in your franchise. It’s super clean and has added machines and altered the layout to ease overcrowding.
I would suppose that by checking the cardio equipment, actual usage by hours by machine.. you could determine that it sure seems like over half do not need to be there. Providing you a good opportunity for re-allocation of space and new equipment..
I’ll close by staying that overall staffing since Alyssa arrived is considerably better than years past. Alyssa, keep up the good work.!!
