The guys that is on 3rd shift is awesome when I first join I didn't know anything about weights and he went over every equipment with me and explained how to use them and with me being a beginner he let me know to start off slow and easy and to always listen to what my body tells me and if I ever need any help he will be there to help and if I have any problem let him know and he would fix if awesome guy

I love Planet Fitness in Cape Girardeau, MO. The employees there are great! They are all very helpful and kind! There is no place to workout that’s better!! I love all the different options such as the Hydro Message and Tanning! It is also kept very clean and organized! :)
