The equipment is top of the line. I like that they are open all the time so I can get my workouts done early. The facility is very clean and the staff are kind.

I've never had an issue at the Cape Girardeau location. Staff are very helpful and friendly. There is hardly ever a wait time for any equipment (including spa and tanning), and when I do have to wait, it's never long. There is a huge selection to choose from. Membership cost is reasonable. I can't think of a complaint I would have.
