The employees are delightful! Always kind and helpful and I never feel judged for asking questions. I would like to stress however, that none of our area PF locations have personal trainers on staff... I chose PF because it said there were classes, etc... but we have none. It would be wonderful if we could get one.

Wide variety of equipment and the black card benefits. The downside is the showers are sometimes cold and there are 4 showers, only three stalls to change in and only two areas to get ready in. Could get rid of lockers (nobody uses) and make more space for those of us who get ready at the gym most everyday of the week.

The gym is always clean and well stocked. The staff is friendly and considerate. The machines are maintained in good condition. They are typically fixed reasonably soon after breaking.
