It had been a LONG time since I had been in to exercise. All the machines have been replaced with new equipment, some extra strength for the body builders. I discovered the quick circuit equipment was now out in the open area, so very easy to access in short amount of time. That's where I'll be found til I get muscle strength rebuilt. Each machine now digitally shows count of how many reps have been completed and also amount of time spent working on each one--great addition! Plan to go very often now.
