Staff are always friendly and helpful. Facility is clean and equipment in good working order, and there is a lot of equipment - rarely have to wait for anything. Extra facilities are great too.

Casual atmosphere, convenience, and quality. I have recommended your gym to a family member (in another town) whom I understand has joined. Suggestion - It would be nice having a key fob to access instead of a cellphone for those of us not permanently attached. Thanks!

I really enjoyed my Planet Fitness experience, especially the introductory and fitness plan sessions—they were fantastic and truly set the tone for my fitness journey. The staff was friendly and welcoming, making it easy to get comfortable as a beginner. The PE@PF program, which includes a free orientation with a certified trainer, helped me learn how to use the equipment and gave me a personalized workout plan. These sessions made the gym feel accessible and less intimidating, and having a clear plan made it much easier to stay motivated and consistent. Overall, the supportive environment and helpful staff made a big difference in my experience

Great group of people working there. For $25/month it is a steal. 2 Different massage chairs, tons of cardio and weights. Highly recommended!

Everyone was so friendly, and my initial feelings were that I was valued and supported. There was absolutely 0 upsell tactics. The facility is clean and obviously well maintained. Plenty of space available even though I came at a busy time. Equipment in top shape. I’ve worked out in many gyms, and I was impressed.
