Ariel called me and we discussed my concerns about people not wiping down machines after using them as well as the broken treadmills in the front. We also discussed cleaning the tanning beds/booths as well as running out of paper towels. She was super helpful in these matters and I really appreciated the call from her so this matters can be addressed to the staff. She is an amazing employee for going above and beyond to get these issues corrected!

I wish the high schoolers were taught gym etiquette. They rarely wipe down equipment and are on their phones instead of working out. The men's locker room is much better than in the past. There is sometimes a mess in there. More so with the high schoolers who tend to hangout there. Clogged showers and no soap are some of the issues.. Overall however, it has improved.
