Most of front desk staff are friendly and polite but the one trainer on daytime duty ( skinny medium height gentleman with ponytail and glasses) is not very friendly or approachable especially when working the front desk. Never greets or acknowledges me as an human being. I walk in and most times he turns his head looking in opposite direction to ignore me etc…sad but I’m sure that would leave any guest feeling sad and unwelcome. Planet fitness sent me many requests for feedback over the course of the year and I never wanted to respond because I never wanted to bring anything negative to light and I figured maybe with time the gentleman would be kind to me upon arrival but after a year in consistency in treatment in being dismissed and ignored, I figured I’m probably not the only one that’s being treated poorly upon arrival… I think one whole year of waiting for a change in energy from poor to acceptable kindness is enough for one to finally push the button and agree to give planet fitness the feedback they’ve been requesting repeatedly… Other than that, the place is clean, bathrooms are spotless and overall vibe is lovely. 🙏
