I’m new to the gym, but I like the variety of machines—AND it is a judgement free zone. I am 78 with a cane—I have been to PT, so I know what to use, but I can’t do any of them very well.

I love that when we travel we can use any Planet Fitness on our route. The gyms are always clean and the equipment is usually well-maintained. I realize you aren’t asking for complaints, but I do have a major one. Why are the hand sanitizer stations so often empty? You provide spray bottles and paper towels to keep the equipment clean, but everyone picking up the spray bottle leaves their germs behind. If everyone using the gym were healthy it wouldn’t be as much of an issue, but we all know that many people use the gym when they are obviously ill or before they realize they are coming down with something. Hand sanitizer should be provided at every station, especially for the elderly for whom an illness can have major consequences.

I was at In Shape before joining. PF is much cleaner, has newer machines and has a nicer atmosphere. It would be nice if you had the professional Tennis matches on one of the TV's. I noticed you didn't have the BNP Paribas from Indian Wells on earlier this year. The French Open and Wimbledon are coming up. Thanks
