The front desk is friendly, the club looks clean, the equipment maintained. Members are by and large respectful and courteous. I do have a suggestion for management regarding cell phone usage inside the building. Yes, I know there are signs up on the walls but some people just think that the rules apply to them. Personnel should be actively cruising the room and requesting members to take their calls outside. Create signage to be posted on the bathroom stall doors reminding members that sitting on the toilet is not the time to text and read emails!
