I just wanted to give a shout out to Shawn! I left a comment of a concern I had at one of his locations and the very next day I got a call from him!! He said he physically went and looked at the issue and corrected it and appreciated my letting him know! How many times does that happen???! Planet Fitness is awesome, and I can highly recommend their focus on the cleanliness on equipment and their intention towards quality equipment that’s maintained!! Thanks again Shawn! Loralie S
