Adequate access to the equipment. Everything is kept clean and there is cleaner and towels readily available for us to clean also. Fun atmosphere.

The various machines, the circuit setup to assist with your workout and love the hydromassagers!!! The front desk staff are very helpful and when downloading the app. you don't have to wait in a line or sit in an office going through paper to get signed up. When you complete everything online, you just walk in, scan your code and begin working out!!! There's a very cool vibe to this club, which is for my family and I.

I have been two different Plants Fitness in and I really like the one in Cedar Hills they some of the most friendly people working there. The one in Desoto was okay but some of the staff aren’t very friendly.

I have only been just a few times, but so far, my experience has been wonderful. The front desk staff always greets us as we enter and exit. The gym is clean and the equipment is nice and up to date. I am happy I found Planet Fitness in the sea of all the other gyms...this is definitely that I needed!

Everything was great, the club was clean and the staff was friendly. The only issue I have is the door for them mens shower is messed up and hard to close to get privacy. Other than that it's all great!
