Friendly front desk staff. First time visit as I belong to the Edgewood Rd location, but their deep tissue massage chairs were both broken on my last visit, so I came here for the massage chair. I noticed that you also have flat hydro massage beds, so I will be back to try those too. Only downside is you only have stand up tanning and I prefer beds. Overall your facility is very nice.

It's user friendly and no one bothers you, however there are several members I've witnessed who on a continuing basis, use equipment without wiping off after they use it. This practice continues to go on daily even after staff has talked to them about the policy. It's not pleasant knowing you have to wipe the equipment down before you use it because others don't have respect for members.
