As a black card member, it is always fun to visit different Planet Fitness facilities. We went to this Cedar Rapids Planet Fitness after attending a Cedar Rapids Kernels game. This facility was very clean and had many pieces of new equipment. Over the years, I have gone to 18 different clubs from Texas to Rhode Island and this Cedar Rapids club was one of the nicer ones.

Friendly the minute you walk in the door. Like the greeting and the ease of checking in. Good selection of equipment. Things are always in working order. Or if they are down, repairs made fast. Appreciate the request to always wipe down after use. They keep necessary towels and sprays refilled and accessible. Equipment, floors, bathroom are kept clean. There are a wide variety of members so everyone feels welcome

Friendly front desk staff. First time visit as I belong to the Edgewood Rd location, but their deep tissue massage chairs were both broken on my last visit, so I came here for the massage chair. I noticed that you also have flat hydro massage beds, so I will be back to try those too. Only downside is you only have stand up tanning and I prefer beds. Overall your facility is very nice.

It's user friendly and no one bothers you, however there are several members I've witnessed who on a continuing basis, use equipment without wiping off after they use it. This practice continues to go on daily even after staff has talked to them about the policy. It's not pleasant knowing you have to wipe the equipment down before you use it because others don't have respect for members.
