Great sized gym , clean locker room. The equipment is located and planned very well. The bathroom and shower areas there have been broken dispensers for much to long, that would be my only complaint.

It was less crowded than the Selden location. The AC and ceiling fans were working max. Made for a nicer cool environment. Otherwise each location is basically similiar to all others.

I usually go to Ronkonkoma but I dont like it there. Medford was much bigger,cleaner n all there machines work.

At the time I went it was less crowded. I didn’t encounter groups of kids standing around the equipment on their phones. Over all I enjoyed that location the best out of my last several visits to other locations.

comment- The seat back to leg press machine in the 30 minutes workout area is torn. The machine would be better repositioned to face the wall for modesty.
