I find the gym at Centereach, NY to very convenient and the staff to be very polite and attentive. The only gripe I have is the gym is overdue for a renovation to brighten it up and refresh the atmosphere. Some of the machines have considerable wear and tear, even rust, and could use replacement.
Also, I am a seasonal resident in Florida and use your gym in San Carlos and Bonita Springs which is a little bit of a distance from my condo in Estero. I find both gyms to be crowded due to the population explosion on the west coast. I think your company would benefit opening a gym in ESTERO, FL to offset these overflows and increase interest and membership. You will find this area up and coming and geographically in the middle of afore mentioned locations. I suggest your company research the market area, particularly the Cocoanut Point area on Rte 41 since alot of commercial development is taking place and would clearly support a new gym.

The workers are kind and welcoming as well as responsive. I love how big the space is, it's much bigger than many other Planet Fitnesses so even when it's packed I don't need to wait ages for a bench. Very clean. I just wish the company would use a more potent cleaning solution. The current cleaning solution states in the instructions that it needs to be left on for 3 - 10 minutes, that isn't cleaning anything and only gives the illusion of cleanliness.
