Staff in this location is very welcoming and kind. Facility is a 8 of 10 clean due to customers not staff. I always see the staff working hard to keep things clean and tidy. Equipment is well kept. I hate to use physical discriptors but I don't know the young lady's name that works there. She is a thin blond, seems young late teens eary 20s... I'm almost 40 so she really could be anywhere from 12 to 25 everyone is looking so much younger the older I get. Anyhow, she seems to take pride in her cleaning task and is thorough and always polite. As well the young man light brown hair around the same age and not skinny but lean. He is so personable kind and seems excited to be at work ans share the gym culture and information but not pushy wich is wonderful. Again sorry for those descriptors but I will look at name tags as I see them next time.So when im sent a review or anyone asks I can shout them out by name. Ps.. the message chair and bed are also wonderful. Only thing I would change is to have a sauna but it's understandable.

I really enjoyed this location. The interior is open and spacious feeling and the equipment is in excellent condition. If for any reason a piece of equipment is out of order it’s usually back in use within a day or two. I have personally witnessed the staff doing deep cleaning/maintenance the bathrooms by doing things like changing out light fixtures and all kinds of other tasks. It’s very clear that everyone does everything they can (even stuff that you wouldn’t think the desk staff would be doing) to keep the facility in excellent shape.
