Facilities are ALWAYS clean, as if it'd JUST been cleaned, any time I use the facility, day or night. Staff members are professional and friendly - a great balance. They are also knowledgeable about their merch and are diligent regarding proper eyewear for tanning, and equally educational on eye care when tanning. Equipment is well maintained, always clean. Members' lost and found: I have been able to recover any lost or left behind items, so this is indicative of the clientele as well. It is an all around pleasant atmosphere.
