I love Planet Fitness. The employees are "always" friendly. You walk in and are greeted warmly and you walk out and are given a friendly good-bye. In Champaign, IL, the personnel take pride in their relationships with everyone that enters Planet Fitness, for some even greet you by your first name. That is "a feel good experience" right there. It feels "like home." In addition, everything is always clean. I also like how caring the employees are in meeting any of your needs. Thank you Champaign, IL Planet Fitness! You are the BEST!
