I like the Champaign gym. I find it clean and friendly. The Urbana gym is my regular gym, or at least until they move to Savoy. I use the Champaign gym when my business/errands are in that part of town. What does bother me is that since my last visit (a month; perhaps); they still haven't rebooted the hydrochairs (games accessibility) and there still isn't sound when trying to watch CNN. I had told the employees this before. Is this an ongoing problem, was I ignored, I have to wonder.

I like that it is in a easy location to get to. I like that there is plenty of room and machines to work out and the people are friendly. It is great to have a nice clean facility to work out and meet up with friend to be healthy!

I love the staff members and how friendly and professional they are. I love the gym equipment bc there are so many choices for me to help me stay fit. I love the long hours of operation that let me come in whenever I need to. Thanks for being so great! A+

The manager is doing a fantastic job. I couldn't be more pleased with the staff and the cleanliness of the gym. The equipment sometimes needs servicing a little sooner than it gets; things like squeaking of the AB machine's or clanking during operation of other machines. Overall, it's a great gym.

The staff is friendly, the environment is clean and accommodating and the clientele are polite. There are always enough machines for me to have an uninterrupted workout. Even if the machine I want is in use, there's always another one available.

I love the fact that it is never too crowded. I am always able to access any machine or equipment. Also, it is clean and maintained well. The showers are great, and the locker room is great.

The counter staff at the Champaign PF are always so helpful and cheerful. It really does make a difference coming in tired and being greeted with such positivity. It's obviously a priority for management there and I just wanted to let you know how much it is noticed and appreciated.
