The location of the gym is very convenient to my house. Hours of operation make it super easy to fit in a workout whenever I want. They gym is always clean and the staff is friendly.

Arnold the trainer and Justin the front counter person at the Delray Beach location were just wonderful. Justin filled in to help me understand how to use the equipment until Arnold came in at 6 am. Arnold took over and very patiently explained how to adjust the seat, what each piece of equipment was used for, the order in which to use the equipment. Both of these employees did a great job.

The staff were always cheerful. They acknowledged me and generally treated the members with respect. The other members were respectfu to each other. There were enough weights and machines so that there was not a lot of wasted time. Finally the room was always clean.

I can't say enough good things about your gyms. They are always clean and well equipped. The machines are in working order. The clientele, for the most part, is respectful and re-racks weights and cleans equipment. In fact, you make it easy to clean after a set because your cleaning supplies are so ubiquitous. The music is loud enough, but not intrusive. The spa is fantastic. My only complaint is that you do not have a facility near where I live in Lighthouse Point. I have written corporate several times asking to move a location in that area. I am smack between two LA Fitness locations (east Deerfield Beach and east Pompano Beach), but they are always too crowded, messy and filled with muscle heads. I go to a YouFit nearby, but it looks like it was built in a bomb shelter. I currently go to Delray on weekends when I stay with my GF. And I occasionally go to Coconut Creek, which used to be my home gym. But it is too far to go every day. Please. Please. Please. Find a location in East Deerfield Beach or Northeast Pompano Beach so I can go every day! Thanks.

Everything! It’s not just a step above the Boynton Beach Planet Fitness it’s a whole staircase. From the staff to the equipment to especially the clientele ( evidently the lunk alarm doesn’t work in Boynton Beach and is definitely not enforced) you’ll be doing yourself a favor choosing the Delray Beach location.

There is one member of the morning staff that keeps the gym really clean. They are also welcoming. The members are nice and polite. The equipment is repaired in a relatively short time when the fabric is torn or a machine goes down.
