I like the new set up and glad most of the equipment was updated. It was frustrating that some still worked but couldn't track what you were doing. I do like the new equipment that was added.
The person manning the desk was super friendly and helpful. I wanted to tan in a stand up booth. The only one that didn't have burned out bulbs was in use and he suggested that I take advantage of a massage chair. He smiled and was attentive. I don't usually use this location. The one I go to doesn't have stand up booths (which I prefer). Plus the booths at Perimeter are so much better than Hixson. I just hope those bulbs hadn't been burned out for long. It seems that they would have at least one round of back ups in stock and re-ordered when they put the back-up in to have another back-up. Also, in general this location is cleaner than the Hixson location (except for the front of the building glass. The Hixson location has a stand out employee that is amazing (I think his name is Darren) and everyone loves, but the manager at the Hixson location severely lacks customer service.
* New Management and Staff were VERY welcoming and professional.
* Each encounter with staff made me and my wife feel like we eere part of their family.
* Facilities were spotlessly clean and inviting.
